do most people keep there stock air box or put aftermarket air intake, if so what brand do you recommend, thanks for all the help.

It just depends on what you want.
You can switch out the stock cotton filter for an aftermarket one, like TOMS, TRD, K&N.

You can dump some money and go with a full intake, SRT (with or without rece ECU), Ingen, Blitz, and many more.

Do a search and you will find many posts with input on install and actual performance changes after the upgrade.

SRT INTAKE AND ECU. . thats the way to go
