Hello
First of all, how do you know it is running lean?

If it is a SRT system, it could be that one of the O2 wires is not properly installed or a defective ECU.

Still need a little more information though

How can tell if it is running lean? What is the voltage? If you access to a scanner, You will need to hook it up and watch the voltage. Also a resistance test can be done on the A/F sensor.

Your lexus dealership won't touch your car if it's modified. Good luck.

Depends on your dealership. Some will and just notate in the system that the car has been modified. Common problem that could lead to the code you came up with would be the front o2 sensor.

Is this true? Does that apply to exhaust and suspension?

Not true. I use Sewell (or used them) and it was not a big deal. Having said that, you're "down the street" from where I live (White Rock). Check your PM when you get a moment.
