Default GS 300 Upgrades for Speed

Whats up people...im new to this and just want to know what I can do to make my GS 300 as fast as I can get it to go...or is it even worth the trouble since I don't have a GS 4??

With or without forced induction? Intake and exhaust is pretty much it if you don't want to add an SC or turbo. A torque converter will help you get the most out of the torque you have on the 300. This will give you a quicker launch but the car will always be limited by the 220 HP/220 TQ. you might be able to squeeze out a few with the intake and exhaust, but if you want to significantly raise that number, you will have to go FI.

whats up man....i dont mean to sound like an idiot, but whats a forced induction?? and whats the best torque converter i can get??

To put it simply, forced incuction refers to supercharging or turbocharging. As for TC, you have 2 choices: the Precision Industries Dragon TC or rebuilt ones like the ones offered by lextreme.com. The rebuilt ones are basically the stock converters modified to have a higher stall speed. The PI will be about $950 + $5-600 installation. The rebuilt ones are around $2-300.
