Default Dragon TC

Would a Dragon Torque Converter from a GS400 fit onto a GS300????? I tried searching the Forum for this information but wasn't able to find out anything. Also is there a big difference between the two transmissions besides the E-shift?????

No they don't fit. TC for GS4 is single plate while for GS3 it's double plates. And TC for GS3 costs more.

Thanks Guys. So this means that the trans is different too I guess. Oh well guess I'll take a trip over to level 10 and see what they can do about beefing up the trans.

Get an aftermarket Tranny Cooler if you get the Dragon TC!!! Trust me on this one. They are inexpensive, yet will save you big bucks by protecting your tranny. IMHO

Yeah I'm putting in the tranny cooler already along with the turbo
but that will be another post once I get to upload some pics.

I'll search the forum about level 10 from what I hear from friends of mine though they are really good with trannys

Default I had a level 10 Valvebody and T.C on my maxima and it did wonders->

I don't know how well it would work on the lexus but it was great on my Supercharged maxima.

Lopes03...dont park that baby on the street, mall parking lots, movies, etc.

Lots of shoppers interested in free parts these days.

Thats soooo true! Some butthole stole one of my silencer inserts from my exhaust system while it was parked at a mall! Friggin $90 part! I was wondering why my car was sounding funny, and it was because one of mufflers was almost free flowing, while the other had an insert in it. Now my car sounds like a old school muscle V8!

Yeah my old car got broken into three times when I left it on the street. With this one I park it in a garage, but they tried once by poping the locks when I was parked in front of a local bar. Guess they were amauters cause they didn't get in. So I just went and shaved the locks and added a cop siren and strobes to my alarm

Got any pics on the shaved doors? The strobes seem like a great idea that I might have to copy! lol
