i would like to know if some one noes if there a gear kit to put in a is300 manuel tranny that would tuff 500hp or if there's a nother after market tranny that could do the job

Who is Manuel?

And BTW, theres no such thing. You can always opt to put in the 6spd Getrag MANUAL tranny from the Supra to hold the power.

 

yeah the supra 6 speed can hold tons of power

 

the w58 transmission (5sp from SC300 and NA supra) can be used as well
the r154 transmission (5sp from MKIII supra) can be used too
the v160 transmission (mentioned above 6spd supra TT)

all the above can be used...
