Hi, I have a is250 2014, i read on a thread that for power the best decision is to keep stock box but i could get another pipe for better performance, what should I do?

 

I went with the HPS intake tube, stock box with F sport filter. I Swiss cheesed my air box tho - doing this definitely helped getting more air flow, you can hear it too when you stomp on it, you get that deeper intake sound.

Honestly, these cars are not worth doing performance mods unless it's forced induction. The only thing modding this car will do is change the sound, and give slight slight increases. You will have a better throttle response which will make the car feel faster. But conclusion, performance modding these cars is a waste of money.

 

I agree with ALLBLCK, performance modding the IS 250 will not really yield much performance gains at all. Especially not worth the cost $$ that it will take. Mostly will just change the sound like ALLBLCK stated above.
I just recently installed an HPS cold air intake on my car and I'm extremely happy with it. Here is the link to my build thread if you want to watch a video I posted of how much sportier my car sounds just by adding the new intake. The performance increases will be barely noticeable, but will still be there.
