Default Rear Differential

Currently replacing rear differential on IS250 '08. I'm looking to see if anyone has experience with breather valves. I didn't replace this, I just replaced the seals on used rear differential.

Does anyone know how common it is for these breather valves to cause leaks due to being too tight or plugged.

Thanks, MJB
