Installed an ARK Grip Exhaust system on my 2023 IS350, and got the CEL which also disengaged other security features that have their own lights light up. Dealer says they can't turn it off unless they re-install OEM. Everywhere I read, I didn't' see any CEL issues with the system. Anybody run into this?
Modify the sensor bungs so the sensor tip sits like it would on the oem intermediate pipe.
That's what my shop guy is looking at doing tomorrow. Ark Performance says they usually don't see that. Only when there may be a leak, so we're exploring all options in the morning.
So never mind the dealer, and their service video. They clearly did not know what they were doing, or didn't want to help me. There was just a leak at the flanges of the front pipe. Problem solved...

how did you address the leak? was it not installed properly? I just picked up a used Ark catback exhaust for my 2016 IS - worried about leaks because there's lots of rust between some of the flanges where the gasket goes...
I didn't get a CEL code from the dealer, and I originally got an error from the car saying: "
“A malfunction in the electronic control of the engine, throttle, or automatic transmission has been detected”
I have the same problem were you able to fix this? I took mine to the dealership too and they told me it was because of my exhaust (Ark performance exhaust) i have IS 350 Fsport 2022.
