Default SAFC NEO tuning help.....

There seems to be a lot of misleading information about tuning the SAFC NEO and I just wanted to get some fresh answers on some questions I had about it.

First of all is 40/70 the recommended Low throttle/ High throttle choice or is there a better option?

When it comes to actually tuning the device there are people that say don't touch the low throttle portion and only tune the high throttle at 4k and above
Then there is another group that says you need to tune both since the ECU can only compensate for so much in either direction.

My setup: I'm running the JDM TT ECU with 660cc injectors & 485 Walbro fuel pump. Planning on running about 14-15lbs of boost as a base point.

Can anyone shed some light on this since most threads I find on this are 5 years old or older
Do I tune the low throttle setting?
Anyone have a similar setup that has there settings they would like to share?
what is the best low/high throttle ratio?
