Strong (Nauseating) raw fuel odor in Cabin / Trunk
So im getting a god-awful raw fuel smell in the Cabin / Trunk when im over a 1/2 tank full. By the time I drop to a 1/4 of a tank it's just a faint wiff.
Thoughts? Read where someone mentioned checking the gasket on the fuel pump access door? Anything else?

If the lines / filter were the culprit i'd have to think there would be no odor variation depending on fuel level.
At 3/4 of a tank the fumes will literally burn my face / make me dizzy ( before I get the windows down / sunroof open) At 1/4 of a tank they're almost imperceptible.
Got a sneaky suspicion there's nothing left of the Fuel Pump gasket.

the tank filler neck overflow hose connects the top of the filler neck and to a grommet in the bottom of the quarter panel. I'd bet the top of the line is off at the filler neck.
Pull the right side trunk liner and check.
Alternatively the hose could be split, or pulled off of the grommet at the bottom.
When the gas sloshes from cornering, braking, accelerating it's splashing into the filler neck. There is a check valve at the top of the neck but it only takes a little gas for a big stink.
While you're in there check the inner/outer quarter panel seam for rust and also the black plastic vent screws and hole. Another good spot for rust.
I have mine apart if you need a photo.
