After a few searches and attempts to fix i am not getting anywhere. The car cranks, but does not start. most of my attempts to fix this came from my searches and help from forum members.

This issue started when my fuel pumps stopped working. I did the following:

Removed pumps and verified that they are working
Reinstalled and tested the wiring outside of the tank by connecting them directly to the battery.
Checked the relays(by the 12v mod) and did not get power to them.
the red/black wire to the 12v mod that usually gets power is not getting power
I hard wired to the battery and the relays and pumps work.
Checked the EFI main relay and it was blown so i replaced it.
still no power to the red/black wire
Took out the efi main relay and tested each terminal
I get a constant power but not ignition power
Took out the fuse box and tested each wire for the efi main relay. the red/black wire is not getting power.
Checked the the DLI and its no longer getting any power. this leads me to assume the AEM is not getting power. but car gives me a dry crank.
I also checked for spark (connected volt meter to coil plug and i am not getting power)
Checked fuel after fuel filter and its getting fuel
Checked all fuses after each inspection and all fuses are good

At this point I am lost and need assistance.
