Default Going to be installing a transmission

in my 98 SC300 and I'm curious about the exhaust removal. I have seen where part of it has to come out and I want to know, while I'm putting a new transmission filter, some Toyota T-IV fluid and transmission mount in my basket, if I need to try and source some exhaust gaskets or does Lexus use some sort of reusable gasket between sections of the pipes? Also, will the o2 sensors have to come out/unplugged or are those in a separate part of the exhaust that won't be coming down? Would like to have all the information I need beforehand so I don't run into any problems and have to delay a few days while parts are coming in.
