Default Is this one error Code causing the other one(ABS and Trac)

92 SC400 with a 94 engine ECU if that matters
When doing abs/trac diagnostic I get code 55 on the ABS light and code 43 on the Trac Light.

Which if i looked them up properly in manual are:

DTC 55 Brake Fluid Level Warning Switch Circuit
"Voltage at ECU terminal LBL is 0V continuously for 10 sec or more"
and
DTC 43 ABS & TRAC ECU Malfunction
"ABS Control system or TRAC(BRAKE) Control system or communication circuit is abnormal"

In addition, and the source of my question under code 55 it has "Fail Safe function: If trouble occurs in this circuit, the ECU cuts off current to TRAC solenoid relay and prohibits TRAC control"

So from what that says can error 55 directly cause error 43?

Also I have a 4000 page PDF service manual I downloaded here years ago I think, but it seems to be missing page BE-142, which apparently has directions on how to test the fluid level switch/sensor. Anyone have those directions or can point me somewhere.

Edit: For reference sake...the one error can cause the other. So low brake fluid can shut off your traction control.
