Default 230k mile 2jz overhaul

I recently got a 1995 sc300 with 230k miles. It was leaking coolant and oil all over. but it ran good. drove it over an hour back home. of course i want to turbo it!! so i ripped it apart got the spark plugs out and checked the compression on each cylinder. they are all good. i want to put on as many new seals and gaskets as i can. Already have arp head studs. gonna buy a TT head gasket from a Toyota dealer. i have new valve cover gaskets. Also needs an alternator. it has a new radiator and a bunch of other gaskets the pervious owner bought but never installed..

Is this a good deal???

I'm planning on replacing all those parts plus the head gasket valve cover gaskets and intake/exhaust gaskets. Do you guys suggest anything else?

I'm no expert but I was told not to do the TT head gasket until I was going NA/T. It will alter the compression negatively on an NA car they say.
Don't take my word but please check with the experts first.

Kit looks solid to me!

Good Luck with your project!

I guess the real question is... Is there somewhere else I should look for parts? I wanna go with OEM genuine toyota/lexus parts. the 400 ebay waterpump/timeing belt/ seal kit looks like a good deal. any one have a better deal on a OEM TT head gasket? my buddy works at toyota and he can get it for 143...
