I think you meant 3.76...

Auto TT Supra Diff with 3.76 gearing is the best match for a R-154 Five Speed Transmission..

^^^ I'd have to agree with Wicked SC on this one. The r154 and 3.76 gearing is pretty sweet especially third gear, perfect for boost and highway pulls.

its been proven... if you are running the r154 go with 3.76 unless you plan on doing mile events. then go 3.26

NA, R154 and 4.27 ratio currently but I will be reinstalling my 3.769 TT Auto gears when my GTE engine is ready to go in.

Im glad I saw this thread. I just bought a new shell that I was going to swap my motor into. It already had a soarer rear end and transmission so I was going to sell my TT auto so I didnt have to do the work and swap it over.

Btw does anyone know what kind of prices the Soarer rear ends usually go for?

^^ 3.92 is also very close to matching the 3.90 final drive ratio US Supra MKIII Turbos received for a couple of years (and gave those model years the fastest 0-60 times of the MKIII series apart from JDM 1JZ-TT's).

I plan to pick up a 3.92 open diff to use while my TT Auto diff is rebuilt again with the 3.769:1 gears.
