car stalling
Just bought a 92 sc300 with 260k on the odo. When you go to wot the rpms just drop then if you keep it there they shoot up and then bog down and repeat until you let your foot off the gas. Any help? I could post a video if need be

at 260k there is probably a lot that could be wrong.
can you pull the spark plugs to see how the engine is running?
post pics that would help diagnosis.
also check air filter (clogged could cause tons of problems)
spark plug wire resistance
cap/rotor
fuel filter
and in some cases your ecu capacitors might be leaking

stalling/hesitation
Sooo my car decides to stall or hesitate really bad when I press the gas hard. I changed the maf thinking that would help and it did for10 hours I could go wot and no problems then it started again. I was thinking maybe the tps but I changed it out before and didn't make a difference. I want to turbo my car but can't do it until I figure this out. PLEASE HELP!
