Default Help with some dash wiring please?

So someone attempted to steal my CD player and decided the best way to go about it was breaking off the trim that houses the vol control and temp *****. Behind the heater **** that you turn to ajust hot or cold, there's six openings for the six unplugged wires branching from the harness attached to the stock volume button. Problem is I don't know which colors go in which holes, or how to make the stock volume button control the heat
