Fellas,

I need some assistance need to get a power steering pump for my 1998 sc400 part #4432024090 suswell has it for $620. I know someone knows where I can get it cheaper or should I just bite the bullet and pay for the OEM part? Appreciate the help

Berridens here in new castle delaware has them for under $200. I just picked up one for my 92 when pepboys, autozone, napa, and advanced all said 2 weeks wait starting at $250. 2 hour job to do wasnt bad at all.

i think i read the 97+ are slightly different but i could be wrong. look for a local parts car, a u-pull/junkyard salvage. someone might be getting rid of one here on the forums in the classified for sale section. craigslist. local auto parts.

I Have a Complete 92 SC400 parts car, and have the pump, but like you said.. I believe its a different pump...but depending on how different it is...if you can make it work,i can give to you for $75.00

I have a clean, fully rebuilt 1995 pump sitting on my shelf but it slightly different from the 1998+ models. The later cars with VVTI had different mounts.
