Default Fuel Pressure Check

Just wanted to share on what I did to check my fuel pressure. According to my service manual, a special expensive tool was needed to check the fuel pressure on my SC which involved some kind of double banjo set up and banjo fuel pressure gauge.

So what I did was build myself a set up which did the job.

-Fuel pressure gauge with 1/8 NPT fitting (that goes past 50psi)
-12mm Banjo bolt with 1/8 NPT adapter on end
-female 1/8 NPT (FPT) with 1/4" hose barb on other end
-male 1/8 NPT (MPT) with 1/4" hose bard on other end
- 2ft of 1/4" ID fuel hose

All of this can be acquired for less than $40
