Default Need help rewiring a parking light

I have a 1992 sc400. The other day I noticed that the parking lights and turn signals were not working. I checked the fuses and found the turn signal one was burnt out (it was the only one bad). That fixed my turn signal problem. I checked the relay for the parking lights and it is good. I could not find the rectifier diode even after taking off the area around the driver's kick panel.

But today I noticed a sound from the car as I was driving and decided to check underneath the car. And that is where I found that my front passenger side parking light had come unseated and had been dragging along the pavement while I drove!!

The wires are stripped and hanging as well. So every place I called wants around $90/hr. just to work on it!!
So I am needing help finding information on how to fix this light.
What type of wire to use?
Once I fix the bad light will the other parking lights work?

The parking lights and back plate light are the only ones that don't work, all others are functioning fine.

Any help is appreciated!
