my friend got my car home and it i go to turn key and cluster black out and nothing happens
i think i found the problems
i jumper the relay to just try to start and it started .... so i guess relay under hood is bad....

That sucks. When I got mine I thought the cats were clogged. After getting them hollowed (bc I can't straight pipe it for some lame reason) it was still being slow. Crappy throttle response, rich fuel burning etc. So I finally started testing spark plugs. That wasn't it. I was pissed at this point. I adjusted the throttle cable hoping that was it. Nope. Well I'm at work and all of a sudden I'm like THE IGNITION COILS! Sooo I ran outside(while clocked in) got out my tools and went to town. I could only get the the one on the drivers side so I tested that one and let me tell you, I got lucky. So I replaced the coil a week later and I swear it was like a kid in a candy store. I forgot how quick my sc4 was because it was running off of like half the cylinders for so long. And a week later, hey , there's a check engine light distracting me from the road and making me pissed again. I'm guessing its the o2 sensors bc of my cats but it shut my trac off with it. And it only comes on about ten minutes after I start the car. Sometimes it hides for awhile but it always comes on eventually. Well since all of that check engine nonsense started, my fuel is burning REALLY rich and u can see the fuel vapor come out of my tailpipes, my dash needles are "dying" my car doesn't wanna start right away or starts up instantly, the radio cuts out like its an amp problem. My suspenstion is creaking like an old man, my steering is randomly shaky and my power steering randomly cuts out. Especially when I brake. Oh yeah and my Damn window regulator took a crap on me... In the rain. And I'm a smoker so my sunroof is my savior right now. I just painted the car too and fixed the heat and ac. Smh. I don't know where to begin here. My better judgment is saying hey u have some messed up grounds or need a new ecu, but the pessimistic side of me is saying now I have to drop cash to fix all that crap individually. I only paid 400 for the car so its too be expected, but I'd like to enjoy driving it instead of being pissed off at it. Advice? Guidance? HELP!!!!!

and everything on inside of car work... like air radio cluster come on and black out when trying to start but come back on . and if i bypass starter relay under hood i can get the car to crank at least

i tested the start wire on the sc400 today and it light up as soon as i put test light on it
tested start relay wire no light (E10- 77)
E9- 31-32 both light on test light e9-1 light on on test light ..

check ign and it sending start signal.... i opened ecu and cap fell out
so i try to see if i can get check engine light and it stays on and blinks slow and only says 2 2 that it....
