First, moved to the proper forum for you, please post where the thread belongs
Secondly I'm going to show you how to use the site properly so you don't screw your car up again, AND you'll know why it is screwed up because this info is there (IN THE FAQ ACTUALLY).
Bottom line however when washing an SC engine.... just don't do it.

Should leave your hood open in the sun or something. You probably wet the alternator, cable wires, grounds, coils etc...try going going over everthing make sure nothing is wet and everything is dry.

That's not usually the part that gets wet or gives problems. Some disassembly will be needed to remove water from the areas the issue lies. Otherwise it can miss for WEEKS if not properly dried. The area it is at the sun won't have any effect on.

This symptom is from water being in with the plugs and wires, remove all of them, make them clean and dry, check if they need replace, leave open, but covered with a cloth so nothing gets in, overnight or so. Avoid driving while it acts like this. If you have old spark wires, take the time to replace them as you do this.

I've pressure washed my sc3 all the time,
I'm careful to not go full blast on areas with wiring that I know will effect the engine/ecu but then again they are all weather sealed connectors... My suggestion is to start reading check engines and also to begin checking for proper spark, starting from coil, to dizzy and individually each cyl wire both ends
