Default Help with hiccup at random RPM's Sc300

So I have been trying to get my Sc300 to run and drive perfect. When I had purchased the car, it had a bad ecu causing one of the injectors to dump fuel. I replaced the ECU and it ran, idled perfect. After a day of driving it, it started to have a hiccup at random RPM's in random gears, in between shifts, in gear, wot. So I went ahead and did the following and I still have the same problem. The car idles perfect, runs great except for the random hiccup. Any ideas or help would be appreciated!

Car: 1992 Sc300 5 speed

Recently replaced/done:
Changed ECU
Valve Cover gaskets
Spark plugs and wires
Cap and Rotor
Fuel Filter
Changed 02 sensors
Changed TPS and IACV
Cleaned throttle and intake
12v mod (fuel ecu)
Reset ECU
MAF replaced (tried 4 different MAF)

Since an injector dumped fuel, try running injector cleaner in a tank of gas and see if it helps/ works.

Wonder if timing may be probable as well.

I tried the injector cleaner with no results. I actually had an egr problem when I was trying to get it smogged here in CA, changed it out and tested it, its working fine so I maybe should check the timing.

I just noticed off of a cold start, for about 15minutes of driving before temp gauge goes up, the car does not hiccup or stutter. What does that mean?
