Default 92 SC300 Need info on doing the timing

Okay guys I'm a new member and also a new owner of a very very nice Lexus THAT MY DUMB *** MESSED UP THE TIMING ON. So I own and race Civic's and found this SC that was clean but leaked water. I thought it would be an easy fix so I bought the car FOR LESS THEN $1000. So I take the hole passenger side of the motor off and I took out the distributor put the car back together an it won't start, you can turn the key all day but it won't turn over.

Now I seem every video on YouTube and read just about everything and I can't take this **** anymore I need the car fixed! I did the whole put the long screw driver to see if the piston is at the top but nothing.

Will I have to reset timing on the motor with the distributor in the motor or out? Please help me out I live in nj and would pay someone if need be also my cell number is 201-218-0200 serious people hit me up man I need help.

Thanks guys!!

If your wondering, you set the idle by setting the TPS to spec. What is wrong with the car?
