Default Whats your number??

as the title states. i want to know what your afr's are??

-at idle

-wot

-and crusing

mine now seems to be idle and crusing at around 14afr with the fuel pressure adjusted at 40psi on idle.

when i go into wot i noticed it dropped down to 10(which is healthy imo). for my nissan. but ive heard of other members running 10 afr in idle. so i need some numbers please people, i know it's a sleepy boring sunday. but help me out.

my mods

-wally

-hx hc1/hx35 turbo with a new minty .65 ar hotside

-full 3" exhaust

-aero adjustable fpr(to stop that nasty lean).

and thats it for now!!

A good rule of thumb Jim, is to use or set it around 42 psi. See what happens then. Glad you have been able to troubleshoot this thing a little further.

Also, make sure the simple thing are changed like the fuel filter. That will make the car lean if it's all clogged up.

The factory Toyota ECU does a good job, 14 idle/cruise and 10 at WOT are fine.

Oh and go to my Pre-OBD Datalogger thread and get it now!

the stock ecu especially the turbo ones will do solid 10 in boost, which when you have the option of tuning is a bit rich, ideally you want it in the mid 11's but 10:1 is correct for a stock setup and yes it is on the rich side.
I get 14.7 pretty consistent at idle, and drops to 10 in boost. alot of poeple will use a piggyback to pull out some fuel at wot till it gets in the 11's and if you have a map based ecu this will also help raise boost cut some.
