I have a 94 SC400 and plan on taking out one of the resonators for a louder exhaust note, but I dont want fart can loud.
Been reading up and this is a cheap method of doing that.
The thing is I dont know which ones to remove.
Should I remove the center resonator which I hear is also a cat, or should I leave the center one and remove the 2 resonators that are in front of the.mufflers?
Which would sound better, anyone have video clips, or a friend who has removed one?

I removed the rear two. And I love it. I'm debating on removing the center one but I don't want to ruin the way it sounds. I want just a little louder now that I'm used to it.

What piping did you use to replace it? 2.25 or 2.5?
Also, how much did the sound change? Like did it get louder but same note, more mustang-ish, more drone sound etc.

this week i finish my exhaust setup on my 97 SC400. i remove the 3rd catalytic, install a 2 3/4" pipe. rear resonators original, only Pro-Speed Muffler fitted. i will take a video and post in my Thread
