Injectors Constant make Zapping Noise

the capacitors leak over time, really have to do with quality and environmental factors. when they leak the dialectic material inside starts to bridge the gap between adjacent electronic traces embedded on the surface of the silicone board (the gold looking lines). essentially what happens is signals meant for controlling one thing start to interfere with the signals on the other traces they touch, and the injectors are fired everytime those drivers are pulled to ground.
This is not the first time a failing ecu was dumping gas on some cylinders and not firing others.
there have been quite a few of these threads lately with bad ecu's and almost all of them have this symptom, however it is hard to pin point it on the ecu right away, as it can look like the typical injector/ignition misfire issue.
This leads me to suspect that the traces for the injector drivers run past those capacitors, or may even be on the same sub-circuit.

From what I found, the capacitors burnt out seem to be common problem on the 2jzge ecu. I can replace those capacitors no problem. But I just found a replacement ecu from mk4 m/t for cheap $80, it better to start with a known good ecu. I'll report back when the replacement ecu is here.
I greatly appreciated all the help from you guys!

Ok guys, I think the fuel problem is solved with the new ecu but still cannot start it.
I just notice the igniter mount on the driver shock tower get very hot after few crank. Is this normal?
