I have a 97 Lexus SC300 undergoing a Single PT6266 turbo 2jzgte auto swap w/stage 2 Titanmotorsports tranny 3800 stall. I've read all the info about the 4.27's max mph which is 152 from what I've found, we obviously knw these are short gears some pple like them
For the track/street, what I've been told also was the 4.27 gears can be stretched out to about 170+mph with overdrive on? Is this true? If nt where could I find some 3.73's?

Sorry can't help you on the 4.27 issue,

3.73's are a little hard to come by since it only comes from the Automatic Supra TT's.

max at what rpm(what ecu will you use)? I think its around 150 at 6500-6800? depends on how you are gauging the speed at well. 152-170+ is a pretty big difference for 1 GR

If I drive over 70mph for the past three years my steering wheel shakes to the point that I just slow down to 68 ....I've never gone over 75 lol.

Thinking about getting a KAAZ Super q LSD*

With this set up I'll be a little under 500whp from what my tuner told me so we'll see. My tuner has the second worlds fastes sc300 and number 1 fastest sc300 in Texas currently so hopefully be right on point with HP #s. what other gears tht aren't as scarce to find tht can get me in the 175+mph tht anyone recommends?
