Drain transmission oil.
Engine oil doesn't need to be drained if your not tearing the engine down for a rebuild.
Disconnect engine harness inside car.
Disconnect Exhaust.
Disconnect power steering line and harness wire.
Disconnect wires on the starter.
Take off fan shroud and fan.
Take bolts off on transmission crossmember mount and motor mounts.
Label vacuum lines and fuel lines and remove them.
Remove transmission lines if automatic.
Drain coolant and remove hoses.

Remove engine!

Where are you located? Might want to ask for help if never done before.

jmorando has the idea you want someone there that has some experience with such a thing or bite the bullet and take it to a reputable shop otherwise you may get in over your head and be stuck having to take it to whatever shop will take a halfway done project and try and charge you way more than you should be paying for it!
