Koyo Aluminum Radiator now leaking!?!

Well after about 5 years of service my Koyo radiator has developed a leak. It appears to be where the bottom tank attaches. Does anyone have any opinions on whether it can be repaired, or am I in for buying ANOTHER radiator?

Can anybody recommend a good radiator repair shop in the orange county area?
