you can use the stock sc300 fan blade but it will be very close to the upper radiator hose. it really depends what you want. im running that set up right now but in the near future will be investing in a 2jz GTE fan so that the gap doesnt scare me too much. just to be on the safe side.

just buy a MKIV supra fan blade and you can use the sc300 shroud. thats the setup on mine currently. no overheating issues. i have 2 broken blades and still no overheating. im waiting for my new blade in the mail now.

I am doing the same thing, but used washers as spacers. But yep I need to change that though.

I had a bad experience with that the bolts broke off and the fan went right through radiator long story short i had to buy a fan radiator, new tt fan, new fan schroud, and new fan clutch.
i could have avoided from the first place by just buying a tt fan blade.

yea spacers are the way to go. just as long as there is a little gap between. because when the fan runs, the faster is spins, the more it will flex forward (towards the radiatior) so you really dont have to worry about it hitting the rad. hose. however, if the radiator moves at all, like what happened to me (got in a car accident), more than likely the fan will hit the hose clams and break in pieces. to be on the safe side, go with a GTE fan. you will thank yourself in the long run

Will the Sc300 shroud and Mk4 fan work with a Mk4 aftermarket radiator?

If You use an mk4 radiator , you need an mk4 shroud.
