Default Cheapest NA-T Setup for ~400HP Daily Driver

Like the title states, im picking up an SC300 and i want to go with a NA-T setup. I really dont want to drop a lot of cash on it but i still want to make somewhere around 400ish HP. Ive been doing some research around here but i still need some ideas. Any help will be appreciated.

dont forget the auto is pretty weak and in stock form and 400whp may be a little much for it.

The main concern I had was the fuel and tuning issues. I would like to see what I can do with the stock fuel system, although injectors and a fuel pump are not a big deal.

I was thinkin of installing a turbo kit, intercooler, and some sort of tuning device, whether its a piggyback S-AFC type with a wideband or a full standalone system.

the car is a 92

I have a 92 sc auto,made 276rwhp @ 8psi stock fuel stock motor w/safc2, but now I'm going for 400 rwhp too..

TT headgasket $75
660cc inj's $279
walbro 255 $100

That will get you there..

Bought a hks vpc too (get rid of maf) but you could just use a sc OT ls400 maf..GL
