Here is My NA-T SC300, it has a 4" downpipe to a 4" resonator that is 24" long. It goes to a 4" y-pipe and reduces down to duel 3" than out to two Magnaflow mufflers with 4" tips.

I used 2.5" piping, I got a generic kit off eBay from cxracing, it had 2 of each, u, 90, 45, and straights. I had to chop it all up and weld new rings around the ends. I had to buy one more 90 degree hose and two clamps. I did not use either straight.

I like how you kind of did everything in stages. Tune first, rebuild, exhaust with housing, then all the intake piping. Builds like these keep me pushing to do my na-t. I'm starting with a variable vain turbo off a 2007 duramax diesel. Boy do those guys let them go cheap!!

Thanks, it was in stages, but it went fast, I bought the car in Sept of 2011 and was done by new years.

Just trying to save up for some good tires so it will stop pealing out untill 3rd.

wow, just noticed that the flange for the turbo on the manifold is angled away from the engine, that's weird never seen that before.. and the build is great! good job on it all

Probably the best sounding NA-T I've ever heard.

And with such huge piping!

I though it was gunna rasp pretty hard.
