Default 1JZ patch harness to 2JZ Aristo problem-CEL

I got everything hooked up, wired it up for Sequential Injection. Got it running but the Car sounds like its missing. My Engine light kicked ON so I pulled the codes and I got:

-21 Main O2S & Heater Signal

-31 Air Flow Meter Signal

-47 Sub TP Sensor

The 1JZ runs a MAP sensor instead of a MAS, how would I make this work? Do i need to wire and run a MAS sensor? How would I resolve code 47?

Code 31 on a JZS147 Aristo is MAP sensor. It may be that the 1jz and 2jz map sensor use different pinouts or voltages? Strange that you got a sub tps code. I deleted mine and have no codes. Maybe it's a passive code that won't trip the light and I have it and don't know it. Also strange that you got an O2 code. I would think the 1jz and aristo sensors were the same. You could swap O2s for one known compatible with an aristo engine, but cross reference and double check your pinouts first.

Adam,
It should be the same pin out but the voltage might be different. maybe it's a defective map sensor?
Yes you will get the code 47 i had the code 47 when i did fuzion swap just chase the wire from the 1jz to see if it's going to the right pin at the 2 jz ecu.

As for code 31 I don't where you are getting maf sensor from because the aristo non vvti doesn't have one.

here is what i have.

I did not know that the aristo had different trouble codes than the sc300, I used the sc300 chart to retrieve those codes. I have a SAFC installed but not actually hooked up and my wiring is a mess. I will double check the wiring .

The MAP sensor worked fine with the JZZ30 ECU so Im sure its a good one.

I forgot to mention that my fuel pump stays ON, I dont hear it shut off. Usually when I turn the key to ACC it would turn on for 8-12 seconds. Last night I would hear it turn on but wont shut off till I turn the key off.

W/o those 02 sensors installed the car will run like crap.

You don't have a maf sensor so that code 31 definition from the sc will not apply to you since you are gte .

I will not install that safc till you get everything working properly.

About the fuel pump i am not sure what to tell you, it should work like if it was stock.

1jz map sensor and 2jz map sensor are exactly the same, its the ecus that are different.
maybe check the wiring.

you probably need the 3 or 4 wire heated o2's to make the heater CEL go away.
If you have the signal wire from your old O2's going to the right place on the new ecu though,
it will still be able to adjust the air fuel once the o2's are warmed up.
some people just add resistors to get rid of the heater cel, and use their old non heated o2 sensors.
I personally would just run new sensors for factory style operation.

Can the 12V mod keep the fuel pump ON all the time at ACC?

IF not what else can cause it to stay ON?

And how would I test the MAP circuit? I disconnected the SAFC, checked all the wiring and everything looks to be in order. I also checked the MAP pin going out from the 1JZ to the jumper harness and it looks like it goes where it supposed to.

what year is your car? and is it a 300 or 400?
On my SC400 i did the fuel pump bypass and it cost me an engine , hydro locked a motor .
Just undo it and you will be fine , i don't believe in that crap. You can just run your own wire to the fuel pump and you own relay.

92 SC300. I'll undo it tomorrow to see if it helps.
