Default Vibration from underneath when steering wheel is straight

Hey guys,

About a month or so ago I had a 5spd swap done to my 98 SC300, and I've noticed there's some vibration when the car is driven (accelerated) with the steering wheel straight. When I'm making a turn and applying gas there's no vibration. Any ideas? I was thinking it had something to do with the driveshaft, but couldn't really seem to nail it.
