Default cooling sytem problem

i put a new radiator and hoses on 2 weeks ago thought my problem was fixed..turns out its either a bad thermostat or water pump or both..now for the big question..where the hell is the thermostat?..94 sc300 2jze
i have changed them on several different american made cars..

Passenger side above the alternator connected to the lower radiator hose.

what issue are you having exactly?

the heater control valve can fail and its usually not something people think about
