Guys I've been doing some research, I know that most JDM engines dont have EGR system, many of them don't have the hole at the end of the intake manifold.

As you can see, the EGR system is there and this is said to be an aristo swap, I'm just wondering what difference it would make, I have a JDM supra engine and I do not have the EGR port on the intake manifold as well, how different would it be to install the engine into a sc300 without one than with one.

You sure the EGR is there? I dont see it. The JDM Aristos and Supras I seen never had the EGRs unless they deleted it.

Doesnt the ECU control EGR function? This will mean you will need the USDM ECU, wire harness and the EGR system from a USDM Supra if you want the EGR.

Ask Eliteskill, he has the 2JZGTE with the EGR I think. Not sure if its USDM or JDM but hes running a UDSM ECU/harness(I could be wrong).

You said that you have a Supra JDM and doesnt have the EGR port. Is there a block off plate or its just not there?
