Default 1jz Swap *Battery Keeps Dying

I Finally got done with my 1j swap, but now the problem is that the battery tends to dye quickly, The battery is new BUT I havent driven the car at all, I have started it a couple times but should the battery still be dying Quickly or can it be something else
I recently did the 12v Fuel mod, and i have a Engine Start button.

Either your alternator isn't charging or something is draining your battery. Start the car and check your voltage at the battery terminals, if not over 12 your alt is bad.

Usually 20-30 minutes is enough.
