Still missfiring and running rich after ECU swap
Ok I've searched for a while and it seemed like my problem was a bad ECU since the car was running extremely rich, I bought a good ECU and just finished installing it a while ago, and it doesn't smell like gas as much as before but it still missfires, shakes a little and when I floor it there's not much power, unplugged the MAF and the car died, then pluggled it back and turned on the car, it didn't die but still shaked or missfired, no check engine light, I got spark on all cylinders, I'm changing my spark plugs tomorrow, they're like 4 months old but I don't know if running the car rich for a while messed them up.
I don't know what else it could be and I'm stuck, I'm starting to hate this damn car.

I'm having a similar problem. Please view my posting "97 SC400 misses" dated 1-02-2011 located in the "sc400 maintenance section". If you use the search feature it is easy to locate. Does the engine miss at all rpm's? I've gone over just about everything. Will gladly offer tips if possible. Good Luck!
