You do know that's only for the manifold correct?

IMHO I would skip doing a twin setup, too much hassle and headaches to get everything done right. You would still have a lot of fabrication to deal with, the downpipes for one.

The money spent to get twins to work properly could get you a very nice single and most of the required parts. That single will produce just as much if not more than the output of the twins.

Yes, just get a smaller single such a 60-62mm, and get a ball bearing center section if you can afford it to aid in spool.

Pt6265 with a quick spool valve. I'll be running that setup in 6 months.

What are your power goals?
Auto, manual?
Standalone, piggy back?
Injectors?
Mods?

A GT35R should give you good spool and around ~450ish with supporting mods. Garrett ball bearing turbos are pricey though. Borg Warner S362 is a good option as well; they are some of the fastest spooling journal bearing turbos out there at a substantially lower price.

Well, it is a lot more plumbing work, not to mention the cost of 2 turbos as opposed to 1...

You have many options if you are only looking for 300-400 hp, but the twins idea I would throw out the window, especially for that power out put. A small single like a GT3076 would go great. However if you desperately wanted twins and only aiming for that power and not much more, USDM Supra TT twins will do the job, they are getting over 450WHP on Supra's. I wanted twins so bad because they just look mean, but then reality kicks in. twins means two, of everything... Two turbos, two waste gates, two oil drain lines, two oil feed lines two down pipes. lol that's a lot of dough, I could put money elsewhere and make a true performer.

It was getting a little busy so Rick moved the battery to the trunk, and you can see we added the AEM methanol/water kit to allow boosting higher on pump gas as well as for the beneficial cooling effects, lower oil temps, etc when hammering on it for extended periods/track sessions.

Being the multi-talented guy he is, Rick also tuned my AEM and I'm very happy with the results.

I hate dyno charts that are not RPM based, but we're working on getting better info. The logs say this one below was up to 8650 rpm so that's probably the last vertical line on the scale. In any case, I'm not sure what any dyno graph will show us considering all the variables, we were there to do tuning and made over a dozen runs.

This was at 1.5 bar on 93 pump and I also sprayed 50/50 methanol/H2O so basically it shows 600 whp at 21.7 psi. I'm sure it was helped by the head porting and cams, so the power seems to hold right to redline and beyond

I do know my first impression driving this was that it was more responsive than my previous PHR Stg 1, 60-1, on a cast manifold setup. Not sure that's real or just impressions, but even if it is not more responsive, this setup exceeded my goals and expectations since it's plenty responsive for me, track feel yet to be determined at a track day pretty soon.

TD05 16g's are great turbos.

On a 2.0 4g63, they usually do around 350AWHP per turbo on average. MHI turbos are rugged, and all steel.

In my case it wouldn't be too bad, because I can fabricate my own stuff.

But to pay someone to get it on there, they will see it as a labor goldmine.
