Default Crank Pulley Bolt torque

i know the manuals says the torque for the crank pulley bolt is 239 ft/lbs but i can only get it to 150 ft/lbs b/c my torque wrench max out at 150 ft/lbs. i usually use my impact wrench to tighten it but since my buddy borrowed it (lives about 1 hr 30 mins away) and i'm lazy to take the radiator etc. out to make room for the impact wrench . is 150 ft/lbs of torque still safe to drive?
