Default SC300, burning or leaking oil

So, my car is either burning oil, or leaking oil. It doesn't look like a leak, but I'll take a better look. What would cause leaking other than the obvious loose drain plug? Also, what would cause burning? It's got 124k on the clock.

a bad valve cover gasket, a front/rear main seals, bad distributor o ring, etc. can cause it to leak oil. does your car smokes, if so then it might be burning oil.
