Default Smallest turbo possible for 360hp?

I have a 92 Sc3 that I want to go NA-T with to get about 120hp per liter of displacement. I want to keep the engine stock as much as possible for that OEM ride quality. Now what is the smallest turbo and the least amount of electronics needed to do this reliably? This is a daily driver and I only need 360hp. I do want a high quality turbo and wastegate though. Budget minded answers only.

Turbonetics T4 60-1 or 62-1. OR you could use a Holset HX-35. They are fairly small framed turbos, and @ 9psi with stock compression you will be a tad bit over 300rwhp in theory. But 360hp might be a bit much if your on the stock auto trans unless you plan on shimming the accumulators and adding a good trans cooler, or swapping to the stock auto from a 1JZ. But what your asking is very easy to reach with minimal modifications.

you cant have budget and stock drive ability.
If you have a turbo that can hit 16lbs of boost you can probably make 360hp. most turbos can do that, probably look at the 57-61mm range.
If you want it to drive like stock you will need good engine management. skimp in this department and it doesnt matter if you are running 8 psi or 20 psi. your car will drive like total garbage.

an old school 60-1 would be a great option. You won't pay more than $700 for a new one and it will make that kind of power. The older stage V turbine wheel isn't the best mover but it will make the power. If you are willing to invest in something cool, check out a PTE 5857 or 6062. Both feature their latest Competition Aero (Billet) Compressor and performs great with out having to spend a ton of money.

a used PT61 would/should be like $5-600 max and a better option than an old school dinosaur technology 60-1.
