Default What clutch to use?

I just bought a sc300 with a 2jzgte swap and v160 6spd tranny. It came with a blitz twin disk clutch, and its pretty hard to drive. Everytime I depress the clutch pedal it makes a chattering sound, gets kinda annoying really. The motor is stock, and I plan on keeping it that way. What clutch would you guys recommend for me?

I been a fan of exedy clutches, stage 1 if they have it. I been DD that clutch for about 25K+ miles now. It is stiff, but not hard at all to drive and no chattering

I have an ACT TS3-XTMM and I couldn't be happier with it. Its a street disk and an extreme pressure plate. It's as smooth as stock with almost the same pedal feel. No chatter, awesome clutch.....

I used a centerforce dual friction setup with mine & loved it. Felt the same as stock & never slipped. I had a 1JZ swapped sc300.

bump for more options, leaning towards the ACT one. Would like more reviews before I make the purchase

I've personally burnt through centerforce DF disks before. They do feel soft but they dont seem to last as long as the ACT disks do.

Only other clutch I can recommend would be a RPS Max Street Disk...they are a little pricier than the act but apparently can hold a little more power. If your not going to be more than 350 whp or so, the ACT will be lighter, smoother, easier to drive, and suit you fine. If you plan on going single turbo, the RPS would probably be a better choice...

And definatly stay away from SPEC...

I'm running a competition stage 4 and flywheel. Easy clutch to drive around with. Doesn't drive like a puck at all. Or you can do a full face clutch disc with the stage 4 pressure plate just in case you decide to up the power. Good setup
