Default Is it even possible to remove the 400's PS pump?

I simply cannot get at those 2 damn bolts holding the power steering pump to the block, ANY help would be greatly appreciated. I have moved everything out of my way that I can possibly move, and can see 1 of them, but cant even come close to getting any socket or wrench on it.

Nevermind, FINALLY got that bastard. I swear as soon as I get this back together, I am going to sell this car. I don't ever want to have to work on it again.

Replacing starters on a 300 are cakewalks as well, compared to that of a 400...

Another reason why 300's are better than 400's.

Oh it was running fine before, just the battery light started coming on at idle and going away when moving...found a good deal on a very low mile ps pump and alternator and figured what the heck, might as well knock it out before it gets too cold down here.

Just a little frustration that's all.

You'll find that it's a fantastic car.

Actually the s/n comes from my Z31 I used to have, never had a Z32 before, but I've seen inside those engine bays and know what you mean.

Anyhow, I got all the old stuff out and the new alternator in. Just waiting now to go to the dealership and get a new crush washer for the high pressure line, and one for the hydraulic fan as I did what the step by step page said. Turns out I didn't need to remove my fan and shroud afterall. I got the parts out from the top w/o removing the fan or shroud.
