Default 97 SC400 new serpentine belt not in "target" zone....

Searched the forums, not able to find this info.
New Dayco 5060895 belt IS the belt for the vehicle.
The Factory Manual says it should fall in the tensioners zone in the "B" part of the scale.
The new belt falls on the second "scribe" mark which is in the "A" zone.
I checked other parts sites and this is the correct belt.
Does this mean that the belt will stretch and fall out of the acceptable zone in the future.
Or, do I leave it as is ?
Just following the Factory Manual.
Anyone with experience on this ?
Thanks

Are there any experts on the markings on the tensioner ?
Have any of you replaced your belt and found its outside of the "acceptable zone" as per the factory service manual ?
