Dash Board Warning Light... Cannot understand what it means...

Question Dash Board Warning Light... Cannot understand what it means...
Below you will see pictures... the light is hard to see in the pic... but it is some what a circle... and looks like has windows ... can't explain it.. but can someone tell me what this light is ?? it comes on, and off!
oh - I have a Lexus SC400 1992.

I checked the Coolant, looks good to me... maybe just the sensor - thankS!

Bad coolant tank sensor if your coolant level is correct.
