Wont boost over 5LBs??
Hey all, Im still having issues with my 1.5 build. The car is driveable now but it stutters pretty bad when I get on the gas, this only happens when the car gets warm/operating temp. When I gently accelerate the thing drives really smooth but it wont boost over 5lbs. But when I boost up to 5lbs the car PINGS and sounds like it doesnt have anymore to give.
One more issue that I have is when I first fire up my car in the morning, it idles lower than normal. About 1500-1200 RPM cold start, but when it gets warm it drops down to 400-500 rpm like its about to stall.
I had my ECU recapped from DM and it didnt help. Only thing I did was new NGK plugs gapped at .028, autometer oil pressure gauge and boost gauge. Other than that the build is all stock.
What would cause my car not to boost over 5lbs? And, any suggestions on my other problems would help.

2. if your car gives you trouble when the computer takes over and its not the computer it might be a.......sensor
3. did you do a compression test after you swapped heads?
4. purchase a air/fuel (stoiche) meter... it cant hurt

1. Pressure leak check? How would I perform this?
2. I had a CEL ON for a KS code, it was repaired and now drives a little better
3. I had the head pressure/leak tested at a machine shop before I dropped it in
4. I will be ordering one soon.
I did check the tailpipe/emissions and it was running LEAN to my surprise. CO(carbon monoxide) levels were near zero. I have horrible gas mileage but its running lean, Im confused.

running lean means not enough fuel right, and knock sensor should be running wild if you are lean i guess hmmmm.... stock turbos?
you probaly should skip the stoiche and go wide band
