Default Transmission fill bolt?

Hi i tried to do a search but couldn't find any pictures or related. i have a 5spd and checked under the car today and noticed there was a hole with a missing bolt. Is this possibly the tranny fill bolt? it does seem its leaking fluid from there.

Kinda looks like the drain plugs missing....I cant say for certain without having messed with the W58's before.
