Someone please help me out! I've been searching all over for about 2 weeks and can't find the specific ecu wiring diagram for my 97 SC300 OBDII. I really need it so I can wire up the AEM FIC to my sc for my na-t project.

I'v been going nuts trying to find this info. The only thing online I could find was one for the 98-02 GS300 but was not sure if it was same as my 97 SC's OBDII.

RyanV, what doc/book is that you have?

 

Those pictures are from the factory service manual, in the 2JZ-GE troubleshooting section. The better diagram is in the factory wiring guide, its in color and a little easier to follow. The pinout above uses some abbreviations that are sometimes hard to understand (I looked for an index of abbreviations in the manual and didnt see them).

 

Could you maybe makes some copies of the wiring harness pages for engine controls in the back of the electrical manual? I need the actual pinout to compare to OBD1 since there's a couple different pin locations, specifically the MAF wiring and something with the distributor or crank/cam positioning sensors. Thanks.
